20 Grape leaves (in brine, as from a deli)
5 small red chili peppers
100 grams Goat cheese
100 grams Feta
50 grams cream cheese
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Fresh herbs (for garnish, such as oregano, basil)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse off the grape leaves and spread on a kitchen towel. Rinse 1 chile, halve, remove seeds and finely chop. Cut the cheeses and mix with the cream cheese, the chile pepper and the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Put one tablespoon of the cheese on a grape leaf, turn the opposing sides inward and roll the grape leaf. Arrange the filled rolls in bowls, serve garnished with herb leaves and one chile each. Serve with freshly toasted white bread.
