250 grams green Grape (seedless)
250 grams Red Grape (seedless)
2 handfuls Arugula
200 grams Reblochon cheese
4 Tbsps Nut oil
4 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
1 tsp honey
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant, remove and let cool. Rinse grapes, pluck from stem and cut in half. Rinse arugula, trim and spin dry. Remove rind from cheese and cut into small cubes.

2.

Mix oil in a bowl with vinegar, honey and seaseon with salt and pepper. Mix grapes in a large bowl with sesame seeds, arugula and cheese, add oil mixture, mix and serve arranged on a plate.
