lemons (juiced)

Preparation steps

1.
Place the blackberries in a pan with the water and sugar and heat gently, stirring from time to time, until the sugar has dissolved,

Simmer the blackberries gently for 10 minutes then remove the pan from the heat and carefully pour the mixture into a blender.
3.
Add the grapes and lemon juice, blend then strain the mixture through a jelly bag or sieve lined with muslin.
4.
Let the juice cool then serve garnished with mint.
