Rinse the strawberries, then cut into small pieces.
Mix the honey with 300 ml (approximately 10 ounces) of the mineral water. PLace 2 tablespoons of the Cassis into separate glases, then top with the mineral water mixture, ice cubes, and strawberries. Top the glasses with the remaining mineral water.
Garnish the glasses with the mint leaves and the blueberry skewers, and serve immediately.
