This drink contains calcium from the buttermilk and nutrients from the berries. It has a bit of added sugar in it, but it is a sweet treat that is great for a special occasion.
To reduce the sugar content, replace the blueberry ice cream with frozen blueberries.

- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 3 cups Buttermilk
- 4 scoops blueberry Ice cream
- mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the berries with the sugar and leave to steep for one hour. Crush gently with a potato masher and stir in the buttermilk.
2.
Place one scoop of ice cream into each glass and pour the buttermilk mixture on top. Serve garnished with mint.
