40 grams Pumpkin seed
30 grams coarsely chopped almonds
30 grams Coconut flakes
3 tablespoons Maple syrup
3 tablespoons water
60 grams dried Cranberry
2 tablespoons raisins

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 130°C (approximately 250°F). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt butter in a pot. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients except cranberries and raisins together in a large bowl. Stir in melted butter. Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheets and bake in the oven until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Turn several times during baking. Allow to cool and mix in fruit. Enjoy with yogurt, cottage cheese or milk.
