4 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Rine, trim and drain lettuce. Rinse, halve and remove seeds from grapes if necessary. Cut Camembert into slices and arrange in a fan pattern on plates.

Place lettuce on plates and scatter grapes over cheese. To make dressing, whisk vinegar with 1-2 tablespoons water, honey, and oil. Season with salt. Drizzle dressing over salads and sprinkle with pepper.
