200 grams Bresaola (cut into thin slices)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel orange carefully, removing as puch pith as possible. Fillet and squeeze juice from all remaining parts. Toast nuts in a dry pan until fragrant, remove from pan and cool, chop. Chop orange segments and combine with nuts, orange juice, honey and oil. Season with a pinch of salt.

2.

Rinse and spin dry mache lettuce. Arrange on plates and drizzle with orange dressing. Arrange bresaola decoratively on top and serve with toasted slices of white bread, if desired.
