200 grams Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
4 Tbsps Wine vinegar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry mache lettuce. Drain olives and cut into slices. cut cheese into thin strips.

2.

Whisk vinegar with mustard, oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

3.

Mix lettuce with olives and cheese strips, transfer to plates and drizzle with the dressing. Serve.
