200 grams lamb's lettuce
2 crisp Apple
250 grams Camembert
50 grams Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

For the dressing, squeeze juice from lemon and reserve about 3 tablespoons. Mix remaining lemon juice with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in sugar and olive oil.

2.

Rinse, trim and spin lamb's lettuce dry. Rinse apples, pat dry and cut into quarters. Remove cores and cut apples into slices. Sprinkle with reserved lemon juice. Cut Camembert into slices.

3.

Arrange lettuce, cheese and apple slices on four plates and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts.
