- ½ cup Golden raisins
- 15 dried Apricot
- 15 Prune
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 Chicken legs (with the skin on)
- 1.333 cups chicken stock
- 4 Tbsps Oil
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Roughly chop half of the raisins, apricots and prunes. Mix them in a bowl with the honey. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Stuff the unboned chicken legs with this filling and then fold the skin back over and pin it with a cocktail stick.

Heat the oil in a cooking pot and fry them gently on all sides. When they are nicely browned, pour on the stock and add the rest of the dried fruit.
4.
Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes. Take off the lid and cook for a further 45 minutes over a low heat.
5.
Serve as soon as they are cooked with some fresh pasta.
