- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 6 Strawberries
- 1 small Blood orange
- 50 grams white Grape
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp Orange juice
- Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and cut the strawberries into slices or quarters. Rinse the grapes and pluck from the stalks, halve large grapes if necessary. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely eliminated, halve and cut into slices, taking care to collect the juice.

Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices. Mix the grapes, kiwi, oranges and strawberries together. Marinate the collected orange juice, powdered sugar, lemon juice and other orange juice. Peel the banana, cut into slices and mix in with the other fruit. Serve with lemon balm as garnish.
