1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini and cut into small pieces. Peel garlic and finely chop. Mix zucchini with thyme and garlic in hot oil in a pan and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Whisk together the eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini and cook, covered, over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Then turn the frittata with the help of a large plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and continue to cook, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.

To serve, cut into small squares and pierce each with a toothpick.
