- 500 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 kaiser roll (From the day before)
- 2 eggs
- 20 grams butter
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 grams pecorino romano (straight)
- To garnish
- Radicchio

Preparation steps
1.
Soak bread in lukewarm water then squeeze. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Mix onion and garlic with meat, eggs, parsley and bread. Season with salt and pepper.
Form meatballs and fry in butter with 1 tablespoon oil in a hot pan until brown. Wash zucchini, cut ends and cut into slices. In a grill pan, fry in hot olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Slice pecorino. Rinse and cut radicchio for salad.

Top each meatball with cheese and zucchini slices then stick with a canape skewer and serve on radicchio leaves.
