- 2 Baguette
- 250 grams Quark
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 3 Tbsps Fresh herbs (finely chopped, mixed fresh)
- 2 tsps grated Lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Cut baguette into thick slices.
Mix the quark with the salt, pepper, herbs, lemon zest, and oil. Mix until smooth and spread on the baguette slices.
Arrange on a plate and serve garnished with fresh herbs and flowers.
