Nutritional values

The teas and fruit juices in this recipe make for a drink that is full of antioxidants and nutrients. In addition, the black tea has a little bit of caffeine, which, when mixed with the sugar from the fruit juice, can give you a burst of energy if you're feeling tired in the afternoon.

You can substitute other fruit juices if you prefer and you can also use decaffeinated tea if you are drinking this in the evening.
