- 3 Tbsps Carrot juice
- 3 Chives
- Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Garlic press, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Long-handled spoon, 1 Glass
Preparation steps
1.

Peel onion and garlic. Cut onion into pieces and pass the garlic though a garlic press into a glass.
2.

Stir the beet and carrot juices into the glass and mix well. Add ice cubes. Rinse chives, shake dry and garnish the drink with chive stems. Serve immediately.
