¼Onion (about 50 grams)
¼Garlic clove
0.19 cupsBeet juice
¾ tablespoonsCarrot juice
¾Chives
Ice cubes

Directions

Display mode:
1 Peel onion and garlic. Cut onion into pieces and pass the garlic though a garlic press into a glass.
2 Stir the beet and carrot juices into the glass and mix well. Add ice cubes. Rinse chives, shake dry and garnish the drink with chive stems. Serve immediately.
