white Grapefruit (peeled and segmented)

cooked Beets (in juice)

small Banana (chopped)
1 cup

crushed Ice
mint (leaves picked)

Preparation steps

Combine the grapefruit segments, beetroot and juice, banana, and orange juice in a food processor or blender.

Blend on high for 2 minutes. Stir in the crushed ice and a tablespoon of mint leaves, blending again for a further minute.

Pour into glasses and garnish with the remaining mint leaves before serving.
