½ Vanilla bean
3 Tbsps Sunflower seed
3 Tbsps Pumpkin seed
2 Tbsps coarsely chopped almonds
2 Tbsps Coconut flakes
3 Tbsps Maple syrup
3 Tbsps water
4 Tbsps dried Cranberry
2 Tbsps raisins

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 130°C  250°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt butter in a pot. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients except cranberries and raisins together in a large bowl. Stir in melted butter. Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheets and bake in the oven until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Turn several times during baking. Allow to cool and mix in fruit. Enjoy with yogurt, cottage cheese or milk.
