3 eggs
80 grams Crème fraiche

1 tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 scallion
1 slice cooked ham
1 Tbsp small Caper
2 tsps Dill (chopped)
50 grams shrimp
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

For the crostini: Cut baguette into slices and toast in the oven.

2.

Combine eggs and crème fraiche. Season with salt and pepper and stir in chives. Spread mixture onto bread and keep warm in an oven preheated to 70°C (approximately 150°F).

For the toppings: Rinse and dice tomato.

4.

Combine tomato, basil, vinegar and oil.

5.

Rinse and slice scallions. Dice ham and mix with scallions and capers.

6.

Combine dill, shrimp and lemon juice.

7.

Spread toppings on prepared crostini and serve garnished with dill and basil.
