- 1 cup turkey breasts (cut into thin slices)
- ½ granary baton (cut into 4 slices)
- 2 fresh Figs (cut into wedges)
- ½ Red onion (cut into thin slices)
- 1 Romaine lettuce (leaves separated)
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds (to garnish)
- ⅔ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
Preparation steps
1.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on top of the slices of baton, cutting them to size to fit if necessary.
2.
Top with folded slices of turkey breast and pieces of sun-dried tomato.
3.
Top with fig wedges, sliced red onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
