Preparation steps

1.

For the wraps, mix the eggs with the salt, milk, 125 ml water (approximately ½ cup) and the cornmeal to form a smooth batter. Let rest for 30 minutes.

2.

For the filling, rinse the tomato, cut out the stalks and cut the pulp into thin slices. Rinse the lettuce and pat dry. Peel and grate the carrot. Rinse the red chile pepper, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and dice finely. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry and chop finely.

Mix the cream cheese with chile pepper, lemon juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil and pour ¼th of the batter in it, Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for 5 minutes more. Make more wraps from the batter in this way.

Let the wraps cool and spread with cream cheese mixture. Divide the lettuce, tomatoes and grated carrot into the wraps. Drain the tuna and tear into pieces. Cut the turkey breast into strips. Add the tuna and turkey breast strips into the wraps equally and roll up the wraps. Cut the wraps into half and serve.
