- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- ½ Fennel bulb
- 4 Lettuce (such as Lollo Rosso)
- 4 dried, pickled Tomatoes (in oil)
- 150 grams Natural yogurt
- 50 grams Sour cream
- 1 tsp freshly chopped mint
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 4 Tortillas (each around 22 cm diameter) (approximately 8 inches)
- 200 grams Turkey

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and pith and cut into thin strips. Trim the fennel, rinse, cut in half, remove the core and thinly slice on a mandoline.
2.
Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Drain the tomatoes, cut into small cubes and mix with the yogurt, sour cream and mint. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3.
Gently warm the wraps, top with the meat, lettuce, pepper and fennel, drizzle with the yogurt sauce, roll up, cut in half and serve in glasses.
