- Bell pepper (1 red and yellow)
- ½ Iceberg lettuce
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 300 grams turkey breasts
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ground paprika (sweet)
- 4 Whole-wheat tortillas (finished product, refrigerated)
- 80 grams Gouda (grated)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Trim lettuce, rinse, spin dry and cut into strips. Peel onion and garlic and chop. Trim chile, rinse, remove seeds and cut into thin rings.
2.
Cut turkey into cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan and briefly cook the turkey cubes on all sides.
3.
Add pepper, onion, garlic and chile and cook for about 8 minutes. Season well with salt, pepper and paprika.
4.
Heat wheat tortillas briefly on both sides in a large, nonstick pan.
5.
Distribute turkey, vegetable mixture and lettuce on the prepared tortillas. To serve, top with cheese and roll up the tortillas.
