250 grams smoked turkey breasts (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the carrots, trim and cut into thin strips. Rinse the pepper, remove the stem, cut in half, remove the seeds and pith and cut into strips. Peel the cucumber and cut into strips. Rinse the chives and shake dry.

2.

Mix the crème fraîche with the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the vegetable sticks and chives in the center of the turkey breast slices. Roll up and tie together with chives. Serve with the mustard dip.
