½ Red Bell pepper
½ yellow Bell pepper
½ green Bell pepper
3 Tomatoes
1 slice raw ham (thick sliced)
2 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps Corn oil
1 tsp Mustard
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 handful Sprout

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, divide into leaves, rinse, spin dry and tear into bite size pieces.

2.

Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and dice.

3.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges.

4.

Cut ham into cubes.

5.

Mix mustard in a bowl with vinegar and oil, stir with a whisk and season with salt and pepper.

6.

Mix lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes and ham in a bowl, mix with the vinaigrette and serve with sprouts.
