Chicken Skewers with Dip
These lean skewers are a perfect appetizer or meal if served with healthy sides that complement them with even more nutritional content. - For the nectarine dip
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 3 Nectarine (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 red pepper (halved, seeds and interior white skin removed, finely chopped)
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps fresh Basil (chopped)
