Nutritional values

These lean skewers are a perfect appetizer or meal if served with healthy sides that complement them with even more nutritional content. Protein is extremely important for muscle building during a diet. It can promote fat loss and increase muscle composition. The nectarines are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. These nutrients can help improve metabolism, digestion, and heart health.

Serve this with a side of rice pilaf and some salad for a complete meal, or serve it as an appetizer!
