- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups Gruyere (grated)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp peppers

1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 ice cream scoop
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking pan. Wash and clean spinach. Chop spinach into strips.

In a large sauce pan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 4 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Add spinach. Sprinkle with salt. Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes.
3.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle half the cheese over the bottom of the baking pan. Add the spinach mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, nutmeg, and pepper. Top with remaining cheese.
4.
Bake for 20 minutes. Serve
