1 Tbsp grapeseed oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pears, peel, quarter and remove the seeds. Cut into slices and mix with the lemon juice in a small bowl.

2.

Rinse the grapes, drain on paper towel then halve. Peel the kiwi, cut in half lengthwise then cut into slices. Toss with the grapeseed oil.

3.

Slice the cheese into thick slices and arrange on four plates. Sprinkle with the paprika and distribute the salad on top.
