150 grams Blue cheese (such as gorgonzola)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse apples and pears, cut into quarters and remove core. Cut apples into matchsticks, cut pears into quarters and then cut into thin slices and sprinkle both immediately with lemon juice.

2.

Chop nuts coarsely and cut cheese into cubes. Arrange apple pins in four salad bowls and then cover with pear slices. 

3.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts and blue cheese. Then sprinkle with vinegar and oil and season with freshly ground pepper.
