1 handful Arugula
1 pink Grapefruit
1 Orange
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsps honey
salt
peppers (from the mill)

Preparation steps

Coarsely chop the walnuts. Rinse the arugula and shake or spin dry. Peel and remove the grapefruit and orange with a sharp knife, so that none of the white skin is visible. Thinly slice the fruits into small slivers. Squeeze out the juice from the remaining peel of the citrus fruits.

For the dressing: Whisk the olive oil, honey and 2-3 tablespoons citrus juice. Season with salt.

Cut the goat cheese diagonally into slices and arrange on a plate. Garnish with the citrus, walnuts and arugula.

Drizzle with a little honey and dressing.
