Preparation steps

1.

Soak rolls in lukewarm water. Peel onion and garlic, finely chop onion. Sauté in 1 tablespoon butter and press the garlic.

2.

Mix ground meat well with the well squeezed bread, eggs and onion-garlic mixture. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and mustard to taste strong. Mash the feta cheese with a fork and stir into cream and marjoram.

3.

Cook fries in the oven according to package directions until crispy.

4.

From ground meat form 8 thin patties. Take 4 patties and place a layer of cheese mixture in the middle, then cover with the remaining patties and press so the edges are tightly closed and the cheese does not run out.

5.

Cook the patties well in butter on both sides over medium heat for about 8 minutes.

6.

For the salad, rinse the tomatoes and cut in half.

7.

Rinse scallions, cut the white and light green in thin rings and distribute over the tomatoes.

8.

For dressing, mix oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper and toss with the tomatoes.

9.

To serve, arrange burgers with fries and tomato salad on plate. Put some taco sauce on the patties and garnish with marjoram leaves.
