1 Tbsp thyme (finely chopped)
1 ¼ cups canned Tuna (drained and flaked)
1 cup cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1 Zucchini (seeded, quartered and diced)
thyme (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, 75 ml olive oil, thyme, tuna, and cherry tomatoes.
2.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a 7 inch frying pan over a medium-high heat and fry the courgette with some seasoning for 5 minutes until it starts to soften and colour a little. Stir into the pasta.
3.
Add the chopped thyme and season again before transferring to serving bowls.
4.
Garnish with the roughly chopped thyme and serve.
