Preparation steps

1.

Place beans in a sieve. Rinse briefly and drain.

Rinse, peel and slice carrots. Peel garlic. In a pan, sauté carrots and garlic in hot olive oil. Add broth and bay leaves and cook until carrots are al dente. Add beans and cook over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
