¾ cup dry breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan
4 ½ tsps minced, fresh parsley
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp peppers
0.333 cup butter (melted)
3 Tbsps lemon juice
2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
6 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts (rinsed)
paprika (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat oven to 350ºF / 180ºC. Coat 11 x 7-inch baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. In another bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice and garlic. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then roll in crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
3.
Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered for 35 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with steak Fries.
