Ingredients
for
4
- Ingredients
- 80 grams Pastry flour
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts about 140 g (approximately 5 grams) each
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- lemon juice (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
Place the flour in a shallow dish, the breadcrumbs in a separate shallow dish and the beaten eggs in a bowl.
2.
Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Cut each breast into 3-4 equal pieces and season with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs. Press gently to ensure they are evenly coated and shake off any excess.
3.
Heat about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) of vegetable oil in a large pan. Cook the chicken pieces for about 4-5 minutes, depending on the thickness, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
4.
Drizzle with lemon juice to taste and serve.
