200 grams Prosciutto (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach, trim, then pat dry. Mix the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil in a bowl. Add the spinach, and toss until combined. 

2.

Cut the baguette into quarters, then halve lengthwise. Fill the baguette quarters with the spinach and ham, garnish with freshly ground black pepper, and serve.
