- 300 grams Artichoke hearts (canned)
- 200 grams Feta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch Caraway (ground)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 thick ham (air dried)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 caperberry
- 4 dried Tomatoes (in oil)
Preparation steps

Drain artichoke hearts well. Cut 4 pieces in half and set aside. Crumble the feta and peel the garlic. Add remaining artichokes with feta, garlic, oil, caraway seeds, yogurt and lemon juice in a blender and puree to a spreadable cream. Season with salt and pepper and spread on the ham slices and roll up into rolls.

Quickly fry remaining artichokes in hot olive oil. Add drained capers and tomatoes and toss briefly. Serve with halved ham rolls.
