2 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse carrot and celery. Peel carrot. Plane both or cut into thin strips. Blanch vegetables in boiling salted water, rinse and drain well.

Blend cream cheese with cream and herbs until smooth. Season creamy mixture with salt and pepper. Spread mixture onto ham slices and place vegetables lengthwise on top. Roll slices into three small rolls. Serve with green salad if desired.
