Ingredients

for
1
Ingredients
½ frozen Banana (slices)
4 ozs Frozen berry
1 Tbsp Acai berry powder
1 tsp Agave syrup
7 ozs unsweetened Almond milk
2 ozs ripe Mangoes
½ Dragon fruit
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Cocoa
1 tsp Coconut flakes

Preparation steps

1.

For the base banana, frozen berries, acai berry powder, agave syrup and almond drink in a stand mixer and mix to a creamy puree. Depending on the desired consistency, add some almond milk - this makes the Acai-Bowl more liquid.

2.

Peel and chop the mango for the topping. Wash, clean, quarter, and slice the pitahaya. Pour the berry puree into a bowl and garnish with mango, dragon fruit, chia seeds, cocoa nibs, and coconut chips.
