2 medium sized Zucchini
200 grams cream cheese
1 Red chili pepper
2 tsps chopped rosemary
coarsely ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim zucchini and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Blanch in boiling salted water for 1 minute. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain well.

Mix cream cheese with as much cream as it takes to hold together into a spreadable paste.

3.

Rinse chile, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs and chop very finely. Mix goat cheese with chile, rosemary and season with pepper. Pat dry the zucchini slices, add some cream, roll up and secure with toothpicks.

4.

Serve with rosemary garnish.
