2 Tbsps honey
ground cinnamon
1 pinch Mace
4 organic Oranges
200 grams Strawberries
Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix yogurt with honey, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Rinse 1 orange in hot water, pat dry and zest into yogurt mixture.

2.

Peel all oranges and remove the pith and membranes with a sharp knife. Without squeezing oranges, collect the residual juice. Rinse strawberries and puree with an immersion blender.

3.

Mix yogurt cream with the collected orange juice. In dessert glasses, alternating layers of yogurt with the orange segments. Top with strawberry puree. Garnish with lemon balm if desired.
