4 centiliters white Rum (or rum flavoring)
150 grams peeled, whole almonds
100 grams peeled Walnut
2 centimeters fresh ginger
80 grams dried Apricot

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop chocolate and melt with rum (or rum flavoring) in a pan over hot, not boiling, water.

2.

Heat nuts in a frying pan until you can smell them, remove and coarsely chop. Peel and finely grate ginger. Cut apricots first into strips and then into small cubes.

3.

Add nuts, ginger and apricots to the melted chocolate, stir and spread about 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick on a baking tray. Allow to cool and cut into strips with a knife dipped in hot water.
