1 tsp finely chopped parsley
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Toast white bread lightly, cool. Peel onion and cut into narow strips. Rinse and dry celery, cut into narrow strips. Cut bread into 2-3 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes.

Combine vinegar with lemon juice and oil. Season with salt, sugar and pepper. Halve garlic and rub serving bowls with it. Combine tomatoes, bread cubes, onion, celery, parsley and basil leaves. Drizzle with dressing. Place salad into bowls, garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
