6 cups grilled French bread (cut into 1-inch cubes)
2 large Tomatoes (trimmed and cut into cubes)
¾ cup Cucumber (peeled and cut into cubes)
10 fresh Basil (torn into pieces)
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
