600 grams turkey breasts
2 garlic cloves
5 Tbsps sunflower oil
salt

2 onions
1 smaller Zucchini
1 yellow Bell pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the turkey into large, bite-size cubes. Peel the garlic, squeeze through a press and mix with 3 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix in the meat, cover and let rest.

Rinse the zucchini and cut into 1 cm thick slices (approximately 1/3 inch).

3.

Rinse the peppers, halve, remove seeds and white skins and cut into large pieces. Peel the onions and cut lengthwise into wide strips.

4.

Alternate meat cubes with zucchini, peppers and onions on skewers. Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet and fry the skewers for 10-12 minutes while turning.
