500 grams Turkey
2 Tbsps butter
Bell pepper (1 red, yellow and green)
l Beef broth (prepared)
½ tsp oregano
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey, pat dry and cut into fine strips.

2.

Heat butter in a pan and sauté turkey over high heat, remove and set aside.

3.

Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and ribs, rinse and cut into strips. Cook peppers in drippings for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add broth.

4.

Add turkey meat and juice. Heat through and season with oregano. Plate and serve.
