2 Tbsps cornstarch
1 Red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
1 green Bell pepper
3 Tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps soybean oil
2 tsps granulated Vegetable broth
100 milliliters dry white wine
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut turkey into bite-size pieces, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cornstarch and rub to coat.

2.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

3.

Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips.

4.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths.

5.

Heat oil in a wok and fry the turkey in portions, remove and keep warm.

6.

Add the peppers and garlic to the wok and stirfry. Sprinkle in granulated vegetable broth and pour in the wine. Season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer approximately 8 minutes. Add the tomatoes and turkey pieces and heat, stirring occasionally.
