4 Tbsps soy sauce

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 thin slices Pineapple
500 grams blue seedless Grape

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the turkey breast into 20 cubes. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and pepper to taste. Add turkey meat and marinate about 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the marinated turkey meat over medium heat, turning frequently, about 5 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and let cool slightly.

3.

Meanwhile, cut the pineapple slices into pieces, cutting out tough inner core. Rinse and halve the grapes. Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Thread turkey, fruit and lettuce leaves on wooden skewers and serve.
