- 500 grams starchy potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 Bell pepper (Red and yellow)
- 800 grams Ground meat
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 250 milliliters Beef broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 milliliters name is milk
- 2 Tbsps butter
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
Preparation steps

Rinse potatoes, peel, and boil in salted water about 25 minutes. Peel onions and chop finely. Rinse peppers, remove seeds and finely chop. Brown meat in hot oil. Add onions, diced peppers and tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) convection.

Drain and mash potatoes. Stir in hot milk and butter and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Fill casserole dish with ground beef mixture and top with mashed potatoes. Bake until golden brown about 20 minutes.
